Mortal Shell II Locations

Think in regions, then Beacons
Mortal Shell II is built as a compact interconnected open world. That makes a named Beacon more useful than a vague direction: it is a repeatable starting point for a Shell, dungeon, merchant, or collectible search.
There are 36 dungeons in the overworld, across regions including Fainweald, Ruins of Mammon, Glutted Mire, Prisoners’ Domain, Sanguine Caverns, Conquered Temple, Faded Citadel, Withered Shoals, the Unfound Path, and Disciple’s Pass. The point is not to clear them in a pretend universal order. Use the nearest Beacon and a single landmark to narrow the search.
Good route notes include
| Keep | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Region name | Stops similarly named landmarks blending together |
| Starting Beacon | Gives you a fast-travel reset point |
| One branch or gate | Lets you recognise the correct path |
| Goal | Keeps a Shell search separate from a full clear |
For specific starts, see All Shell locations and How to fast travel. If you reach a dungeon, decide whether you are there for its reward or a clean exploration pass; both are valid, but they make different routes.
