Mortal Shell II Trophy and Achievement Guide

Plan early, clean up late

There are 53 achievements: one Platinum, one Gold, 10 Silver and 41 Bronze, with nothing tied to online play. Expect 20–30 hours for a Platinum, and plan around four missables: Mid Summer, Peter’s Perfect Parry, No, You Still Can’t Win, and Bag Holder.

The first two tutorial missables are the most important planning point because New Game Plus skips that section. Bag Holder is tied to a specific NPC interaction; read its exact conditions before handing over an item. Peter’s Perfect Parry can be attempted again in New Game Plus, but that does not make it an easy cleanup.

A sensible completion order

1. Protect the tutorial missables on the first run.
2. Play through normally while collecting Shells, weapons, and Beacons that are on your route.
3. After the final boss, use free roam for cleanup.
4. Enter New Game Plus only after you have checked what the next cycle cannot restore.

46 Beacons can be cleansed, and the related achievement tracks them. Progress can continue after the final boss. Keep a short checklist, but leave exploration room; most achievements overlap naturally with learning the world.
