The Shepherd's Crown
Tiffany Aching is running her own steading and looking after the people of the Chalk when the question of who holds the ground comes up again.
About
The Shepherd's Crown is a comic fantasy novel and the last book written by Terry Pratchett before his death in March 2015. It was published in the United Kingdom on 27 August 2015 and in the United States on 1 September.
It is the forty-first novel of the Discworld series and the fifth of the books about Tiffany Aching. By this stage in the sequence she is no longer an apprentice but a witch with a steading and a district of her own to look after.
Jeannie, the Kelda of the Nac Mac Feegle, is worried about something, and the people of the Chalk have their own concerns about who the land belongs to. Both of those threads run through the book, and neither of them is settled quickly.
Pratchett's daughter Rhianna announced in June 2015 that this would be the last Discworld novel and that no further work, including anything unfinished, would be published, so it is the end of the series and there will be no more of them.
