Use the Archstones as a toolbox

Clear 1-1 and Phalanx, then speak with the Monumental and the Maiden in Black in the Nexus. The four outer Archstones are now useful detours, not a demand to finish them in numerical order. A practical first pass is 2-1 for Blacksmith Ed and basic upgrade materials, 3-1 for a different kind of dungeon pressure, 4-1 for its own rewards, and 5-1 only when poison, plague, and cramped footing sound manageable. Return when a new weapon, spell, ring, or boss soul gives your build a reason to continue.

Boletaria itself runs Phalanx, Tower Knight, Penetrator, then the King Allant route. The path beyond Tower Knight remains closed until you have defeated an Archdemon at the end of one other world. Do not read that gate as a sign you missed a key in 1-2.

The four outer world lines

Stonefang runs Armor Spider, Flamelurker, and Dragon God. Latria runs Fool’s Idol, Maneater, and Old Monk. Shrine of Storms runs Adjudicator, Old Hero, and Storm King. Valley of Defilement runs Leechmonger, Dirty Colossus, and Maiden Astraea. Each final boss is an Archdemon, so completing any one of those lines reopens Boletaria’s 1-3 gate.

For a first completion, rotate when a stage is teaching the wrong lesson for your current gear. A blunt physical setup may like Stonefang; a character with reliable ranged damage may find some boss mechanics easier to read at distance. That is a build choice, not a universal ranking. Keep an eye on World Tendency before repeated body-form deaths, and use Blacksmith Ed once Flamelurker is down.
