After Hank confronts him, Walt calls Skyler repeatedly and races to the car wash, but she has gone to meet Hank. Hank explains that Walt’s cancer has returned and tries to enlist Skyler, who doubts Hank’s motives and leaves. Walt goes to Saul angry that Skyler spoke to Hank first. Saul asks if Walt has considered sending Hank to Belize; Walt says Hank is family. Walt has Kuby and Huell move his money into seven barrels, then takes them to Tohajiilee and spends the day burying them.
Marie confronts Skyler, learns she knew about Walt’s crimes before Hank was shot, slaps her, and tries to leave with Holly. Hank stops her, but she tells him to get Walt. Walt returns home, marks the barrels’ coordinates on a lottery ticket, and collapses. After waking, he offers to surrender if the money can go to their children; Skyler says Hank has no evidence and they should stay quiet. Elsewhere, Lydia visits Declan’s lab, criticizes the product and working conditions, and asks him to take Todd as a cook. Declan refuses. Lydia returns with Todd and Jack’s gang, who kill Declan and his men and take over the operation. Hank then enters a police interrogation room and approaches Jesse, who is in custody after scattering cash through Albuquerque.
