Spoilers for this episode.
Kate leaves the embassy with Tanner's flight key while Jack remains in custody. Working with Chloe and Cross, she completes the upload and obtains evidence that the drone was overridden. Jordan confirms the findings for the CIA, and Heller orders the fleet grounded. Six drones fail to respond because Margot has already taken control of them, turning Jack's warning into an immediate threat to London and forcing the president to reconsider his account.
Margot releases a video demanding that Heller surrender within three hours or face attacks on the city. Her grievance concerns the drone strike that killed her husband and civilians, details of which Heller had not fully understood. Jack offers a possible route to Margot through an arms dealer he knows, but asks to conduct the operation himself. Heller refuses to release him into the field. Jack also meets Audrey again and acknowledges that the accusations against him have a complicated truth behind them.
A trace embedded in Margot's video leads Navarro and Ritter to a suspected hideout. Kate doubts the conveniently clear lead and asks Chloe to examine it. Naveed had deliberately left the connection vulnerable, hoping the CIA would stop the attack, but Ian discovered his interference and redirected the trace. Kate's warning reaches Navarro too late to prevent a drone from striking the building where his team has deployed. At the real hideout, Margot ends Naveed's resistance by shooting him in front of Simone.
