Navarro and Ritter survive the drone strike, but the failed raid worsens relations between Heller and the British prime minister. Heller authorises Jack to pursue his arms-dealer lead and assigns Kate to accompany him. Jack plans to reach Margot through Karl Rask's banking records. To make his cover story convincing, Kate agrees to be presented as a captured CIA agent and injects herself with a sedative before they arrive at Rask's warehouse.
Rask has a drug that reverses the sedation, and Kate is taken away for torture while Jack tries to get him to access his bank account. Belcheck watches from outside, ready to intervene. Against Heller's request, the prime minister sends MI5 to follow Jack, and their raid disrupts the operation. Kate breaks free from her captors during the shooting. Jack completes the computer connection, allowing Chloe to obtain a number associated with Simone, while Rask kills himself with a grenade.
Margot sends Simone to investigate calls from Naveed's sister Farah, then orders her to kill Farah and her daughter Yasmin. Simone instead tries to persuade them to leave, but stabs Farah when she attempts to contact police. Yasmin runs outside and Simone follows, only to be struck by a bus. Meanwhile, Jordan's examination of CIA files threatens a separate cover-up. Navarro makes a private call which reveals that he helped frame Kate's husband, leaving Jordan's investigation dangerously close to his own superior.
