Christopher, Paulie and Pussy steal a large sum from a Colombian dealer, whom Paulie kills. With money to spend, Christopher backs Adriana's ambition to work in the music business. They meet rapper Massive Genius, and Adriana hopes he can help promote Visiting Day, a band fronted by her former boyfriend Richie. Christopher pays for a recording session, but becomes furious with the band's slow progress and breaks a guitar over Richie. Hesh dismisses the music, and Christopher concludes that Massive's real interest is Adriana. She angrily rejects his suggestion that her hopes depend on someone wanting to sleep with her.
Massive also confronts Hesh over royalties owed to the mother of a dead singer. Hesh refuses his demand and threatens a counterclaim over an unauthorised sample used by Massive's label. The dispute ends with the prospect of litigation rather than a violent settlement. Tony, meanwhile, accepts Cusamano's invitation to play golf with his wealthy friends. Instead of treating him as a companion, they press him for mob stories and questions about famous gangsters. He later tells Melfi that he felt like an attraction put on display for their amusement. Carmela explores investing after a friend's stock tip and makes a profit. Tony responds to the golf outing with a joke of his own, asking Cusamano to safeguard a sealed package that secretly contains nothing more dangerous than sand.
