Outie Mark tells Reghabi about seeing Gemma in a reintegration vision and worries she did not recognize him. At Lumon, Dylan shares Irving’s drawing of the exports hall, while Helly retrieves the directions hidden in the break room. Mark tells Helly that he slept with Helena during the retreat because he mistook her for Helly. Helly responds by initiating sex with him. Meanwhile, Dylan and Gretchen kiss during a visitation; she keeps the kiss from her outie husband.
Milchick leaves Miss Huang in charge while he practices the corrections requested in his performance review. Irving meets Burt and Burt’s husband Fields for dinner; Fields says Burt has worked at Lumon for twenty years, prompting Irving to note that severance is more recent. Reghabi offers to accelerate reintegration by flooding Mark’s chip. He refuses and storms out, but later meets Helena at a restaurant. When she misnames Gemma, Mark grows suspicious of her account.
Drummond breaks into Irving’s home and discovers his notes on Lumon employees. Later, back with Reghabi, Mark changes his mind and agrees to expedite reintegration. She injects fluid around his chip, and he experiences flashes of sex with Helly on the severed floor. When Devon knocks, Mark tries to get up to meet her but suffers a seizure and collapses.
