Mike ambushes one of Hector’s trucks with his homemade spike strip and steals the money hidden in a tyre, leaving the driver alive. He hopes the robbery will draw police attention to Hector’s operation. Nacho explains that a passerby freed the driver and was then killed by Hector’s men, who removed evidence of the attack. Meanwhile, Jimmy films another commercial outside an elementary school, pretending he is making a documentary about an alumnus. At a banking-board hearing, Chuck’s incorrect Mesa Verde application delays the planned branch. Kevin leaves HHM for Kim, who promises to devote her practice exclusively to the bank.
Chuck accuses Jimmy of altering the documents when Kim collects the files. She defends Jimmy to Chuck but angrily punches him once they are alone in the car. Later, she refuses to discuss the forgery while warning that Chuck will uncover any evidence Jimmy left behind. Jimmy realizes the copy-shop clerk could expose him and arrives as Ernesto is investigating. Once Ernesto leaves to fetch Chuck, Jimmy pays the clerk to deny seeing him. Jimmy watches from across the street as Chuck questions the clerk. Overwhelmed by the electrical environment, Chuck collapses and strikes his head. Jimmy remains hidden, torn between helping his brother and exposing his own involvement.
