Mr. & Mrs. John Sacrimoni Request...

Contains spoilers for this episode and earlier episodes.

Johnny Sack receives a tightly supervised six-hour release to attend his daughter Allegra's wedding. Still recovering, Tony collapses while bending to remove his shoes for the marshals' security check. During the reception, Johnny personally asks him to arrange Rusty Millio's murder. Tony had rejected the request when it came through Phil, but now agrees. They disguise their discussion by sitting with elderly relatives, and Tony later proposes bringing killers from Italy.

The marshals end Johnny's visit before the celebration is over. He cries as they take him away, and Ginny faints. Phil and others interpret his tears as weakness, while Tony defends his response as a father's emotion. After leaving the wedding, Vito tells his wife he is going out on collections. Instead, he visits a gay club, where two New York associates recognize him dancing in leather. His claim that it is a joke fails.

Vito takes cash and a gun from home and checks into a motel, making a cautious telephone call to Silvio before avoiding further contact. Tony, meanwhile, worries that his crew sees him as weak after the shooting. Following Melfi's advice to project confidence, he deliberately provokes his muscular driver, Perry, and beats him in front of the others. Tony then retreats to the bathroom and vomits blood. He smiles at his reflection before vomiting again.
