A gun Tony discarded while fleeing Johnny Sack's arrest resurfaces when police find it with the teenager who retrieved it. Tony is arrested, released on bail and freed of the local gun charge, although federal investigators retain the material for their case. He and Carmela then visit Janice and Bobby's lake house for his birthday. Tony gives Bobby additional business responsibilities, and the men discuss the possibility of sudden death in their work. Bobby admits he has never killed anyone. The weekend becomes hostile during a drunken Monopoly game when Tony repeatedly insults Janice. Bobby punches Tony, and their fight ends with Tony bloodied on the floor.

Bobby apologizes, while Tony remains preoccupied with the humiliation of losing. A.J. takes advantage of his parents' absence to spend time with Blanca and entertain friends at their house. At the lake, Tony and Bobby meet two Canadian contacts about a shipment of discounted prescription drugs. One requests the murder of his brother-in-law, and Tony assigns the killing to Bobby as part of the arrangement. Bobby travels to Montreal and shoots the man at close range, carrying out his first murder. He returns to the cabin and embraces his daughter. Tony watches old family footage that Janice gave him, showing the two siblings playing together as children.
