Roy intimidates banker Vivian Dugger outside the Tender Trap and orders him to abandon the sale of his bank to Lorraine. At home, Roy strikes Karen after she nicks his ear during a haircut. He then kills Jordan Seymore, the hospital patient his men kidnapped instead of Wayne, after recognizing the mistake from a dealership advertisement. Roy pays Munch what he owes and hires him to find Dot again. Gator secretly places a tracker on Munch's car. FBI investigators tell Wayne that Dot's original name is Nadine Bump, but his injuries leave him unable to provide the information they want.
Indira learns the FBI is investigating Roy's use of public money to supply a militia with weapons. She objects to treating Dot merely as a means to reach him. Returning home, she discovers Lars has left Scotty alone without dinner. She takes the child to Lorraine's house, reuniting Scotty with Wayne, and challenges Lorraine's contempt for Dot. Lorraine offers Indira a job leading her security team, which she agrees to consider. Danish finds Dugger and puts Lorraine on the phone. She tells him she has withdrawn her offer and arranged action against his bank and finances. Afterward, Lorraine opens Indira's dossier and studies photographs of the injuries Roy inflicted on Dot.
