Jesse is short on cash at a gas station and offers meth to the cashier instead of paying for fuel and cigarettes. Hank follows the lead and questions her while trying to keep the blue-meth case in Albuquerque. Walt learns Skyler is seeing Ted and storms into Ted’s office, where he is thrown out. Mike takes him to Saul, who wants him back in business. Walt discovers Saul’s team bugged the house and refuses the offer. He attacks Saul and fires him, ending the help Saul had given with Walt’s money and family expenses.
Walt tries to kiss vice principal Carmen Molina at school. She rejects him and puts him on leave. Jesse brings Walt a batch he cooked alone; Walt calls it substandard, so Jesse asks Gus to buy through Saul and Mike. Gus agrees, still hoping Walt will accept his offer. Skyler keeps seeing Ted but declines his offer to move in. Hank’s partner Gomez worries about him, but Hank says the blue-meth lead is close. Jesse delivers to Victor and receives only half the money. At a red light, Walt hears Donald Margolis was hospitalised after a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Victor pulls beside him and hands over Jesse’s remaining share.
