Kim delivers her closing argument to the disciplinary committee, and Jimmy keeps his licence, though he is suspended for a year. Rebecca tries to see Chuck at home, but he will not answer. Howard urges Chuck to treat the suspension as a win and stop pursuing Jimmy; after Howard leaves, Chuck holds a battery in his hand. Jimmy has paid for television airtime and rushes to cancel the remaining ads. A crew member suggests he use that time to sell his commercial-making services. Jimmy films an ad for himself, disguising his voice and introducing a new professional name.
Jimmy shows Kim the tape and says he plans to produce ads for local businesses as Saul Goodman. Stacey invites Mike to a support-group meeting and asks him to help build a church playground. Gus studies a laundry for sale and tells Lydia it could work. Nacho collects Salamanca payments and is ordered to beat Domingo after he comes up short. At the Los Pollos Hermanos distribution farm, Nacho tries to take an extra brick; Gus approves an extra kilo after a call from Tyrus. Hector says he wants to use Nacho’s father’s shop as a front. When Hector drops his heart medicine, Nacho keeps a capsule from the floor.
