Agents recover a disk and pass its contents to Chloe, who searches for a way to interrupt the drones. Margot and Ian have already abandoned the hideout. Ian objects to his mother's promise to destroy the drones after Heller's surrender, but she intends to honour the agreement if the president appears as required.
Jordan calls Navarro for assistance, giving the station chief another chance to send the assassin after him. Suspecting the setup, Jordan confronts the gunman. Their struggle leaves Jordan stabbed and the assassin shot, while Kate becomes concerned about her missing colleague. Audrey discovers that Mark helped her father leave and lashes out at him. At Wembley, Heller tells Jack that he has arranged a pardon for him, then walks onto the pitch. Margot watches the drone feed and launches a missile.
