Dark Ghost

Dark Ghost is a paranormal romance novel by Christine Feehan, published in 2015. Andre Boroi is the wounded party in it: a monk, a bounty hunter and a slayer of vampires who has held out against the dark for centuries and has now been gravely hurt by the master vampire Costin Popescu.

His blood is the problem, because it marks a trail that Popescu and his band of followers are able to read, and his injuries make him easy to track. Disappearing into the grey mist of the Carpathians is his only remaining chance, and it amounts to waiting and hoping rather than to a plan.

Teagan is a geologist who has come into the same mountains in search of a precious crystal, and she has a healing touch and a scent that matters to Andre more than anything else about her. The novel is about a hunter who cannot afford to be found and a woman who is able to put him back together, and about the danger her arrival brings with it.
